LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) – Lexington County Council is expected to hear a final reading of a proposed development plan for Chapin Technology Park, located off I-26 and Columbia Avenue on Tuesday.
The reading concerns the sale of the land to a developer seeking to bring hundreds of new homes and jobs to the Chapin area. The meeting is set for 4:30 p.m. at the Lexington County Administration Building.
