Woman in critical condition after Carthage stabbing

CARTHAGE, Mo. — A man is in custody in connection to an early morning stabbing in Carthage.

Late Monday afternoon, authorities in Springfield arrested Nathan Roberts, 32, of Kansas City, Missouri. He’s currently being held in the Greene County Jail.

Authorities are seeking charges of first-degree domestic assault, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
