(FOX40.COM) — A man on probation was arrested after driving to the probation office in a car that he allegedly stole, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
SCSO said deputies witnessed a reportedly stolen car being driven by 35-year-old Joshua Thatch, who was leaving McDonald’s on Florin Road.
