Health system ranks No. 5 in Philadelphia region and earns highest U.S. News rating in 13 procedures and conditions
NEWARK, Del. — ChristianaCare has again been named Delaware’s top hospital by U.S. News & World Report, while also ranking among the five highest-rated hospitals in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
The health system ranked No. 1 in Delaware and No. 5 in the Philadelphia region in U.S. News’ 2026-27 Best Hospitals rankings released Tuesday. ChristianaCare also earned “High Performing” ratings in 13 adult procedures and conditions, the publication’s highest distinction in those categories.
