WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Kansas’ ethics commission (the Kansas Public Disclosure Commission) issued an order last week that dismissed a complaint filed last month against Ty Masterson, his campaign confirmed.
A copy of the order sent to the state lawmaker/gubernatorial candidate shows that the complaint, filed by former state Sen. Mark Steffan, was dismissed ahead of the Aug. 4 primary in which Masterson won the GOP nod to face Democratic Sen. Cindy Holscher in November’s general election for Kansas governor.
