A driver was rescued after his car crashed through a concrete wall and went down an embankment at Little Crum Creek in Ridley Park on Thursday morning, according to police.
Police said the crash happened just before 8 a.m. along the 400 block of West Chester Pike when another vehicle cut off the driver.
