PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A pair of pups that have gone through the challenges of consistent neglect now need a loving home where they finally relax and get all the love they deserve.
Sam Ellingson with the Humane Society for Southwest Washington in Vancouver joined us on AM Extra’s Second Chance to introduce us to the pups that have recently gone through a much-needed makeover.
