ROANOKE, Va. – In less than a month, the now mostly open space will be filled with all kinds of outdoor gear ready for sale to the public.
But right now, it’s just the bones of the project. Bones that reflect the heritage and spirit of Black Dog Salvage, which still operates on the other side of the property.
