HENDERSONVILLE — Sheets of brown paper still covered the plate-glass windows of A Thousand Loves bookstore on a recent afternoon as its owner prepared for a grand opening, just days away.
Inside the brick Church Street storefront were literally thousands of books, most of them romance novels: around 900 titles to be more exact, with multiples of each.
