BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man who was found mentally incompetent to stand trial in the stabbing death of an acquaintance has been committed to a state hospital.
A judge on Thursday ordered Jerome Andreas Jr. sent to a facility where doctors will attempt to restore him to competency.
