Every bowl of pho served at Sit Lo Saigon’s newest restaurant has been described as a “labor of love,” according to its owners.
Marking its first Sacramento location, the pho shop at 565 Howe Ave. opened Tuesday.
Its owners said the pho is exactly like that served in Vietnam with beef broth simmered for 72 hours to “bring out the umami of the beef bones.”…
