WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) — The Wisconsin State Fair kicked off its Cream Puff Lovin’ Celebration at State Fair Park on Saturday, Aug. 15, featuring a fairgoer cream puff eating contest with one rule: no hands allowed.
