FT. PAYNE, Ala. (WAFF) – Alabama State Troopers confirm that a woman from Ft. Payne was killed in a wreck Friday, just outside of city limits.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. on Highway 11 about a mile south of the city. Troopers say 70 year old Colleen Jones’ car was struck by an SUV. Jones’ car then slammed into a second car. Jones was pronounced dead at the scene…
