A Napa man was arrested this week on suspicion of being in possession of child sex abuse material, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert Free, 63, is suspected of attempting to sexually exploit children online, according to the Solano County Sheriff’s Office, where the case began. Detectives with the Napa County Sheriff’s Office took over the case because Free is a resident there.
