CHENEY, Wash. – Amid privacy concerns nationwide, Cheney police confirmed Sunday that the Flock cameras within the city are deactivated and will eventually come down.
Flock is a brand name for an automated license plate reading camera system that has grown in popularity among law enforcement agencies across the nation in recent years.
