Two Roosters Offers Vietnamese Coffee and More in East Portland

There’s a new Vietnamese cafe in East Portland’s Parkrose Heights neighborhood called Two Roosters, owned and operated by Khang Duong and Jun Robles. They opened their doors on Saturday, July 25 in a space on the north side of NE Halsey just up the street from classics like Gateway Breakfast House and Taipei Noodle Haus.

I stopped in over the weekend to check it out and found a light and airy cafe offering a selection of strong and tasty Vietnamese coffee drinks.

Two Roosters: The Space

This location used to be home to Asia Tour & Travel, a travel agency that helped people book trips to destinations throughout Asia—flights, hotels, tours, etc. ORSOS records indicate that business was dissolved in April 2025.

I counted about 18 seats at the cafe. There’s a big wooden banquette along the wall with tables and red chairs across from it; there is additional seating apart from that, too, on the right in the front…
