ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Alicia Brown, the wife of Atlanta radio personality Darian “Big Tigger” Morgan, has filed a federal lawsuit against Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat and his department.
The lawsuit stems from a felony kidnapping warrant that led to Brown’s arrest in Hart County, Georgia, on Maryland kidnapping charges.
The lawsuit was Friday filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
Brown was arrested July 6, 2026, after the Hart County Sheriff’s Office said it was notified about a vehicle traveling north on I-85 whose driver was believed to be wanted on outstanding kidnapping warrants out of Maryland…
