BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department responded to 24,527 911 calls during July and conducted 1,127 arrests.
Police said the communications center received a total of 58,933 incoming calls.
During July, BPD responded to the following calls:
- 168 vehicle thefts
- 1 homicide
- 40 robberies
- 122 aggravated assaults
- 88 burglaries
- 9 sexual assaults
- 70 DUI arrests
- 190 domestic violence reports
