(FOX40.COM) — One person is dead and three others were injured Sunday night after they were hit by a passing car while changing a tire on the side of the road.
The California Highway Patrol said officers responded to reports of a crash around 11:35 p.m. on eastbound Highway 50 and 34th Street in Sacramento.
