Grand jury will consider murder indictment in Roys Lane shooting

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – A judge has ruled prosecutors have sufficient evidence to pursue a murder indictment against a Mobile man accused in a deadly shooting.

The judge made the ruling after hearing evidence at John Howell’s preliminary hearing.
