Minnesota’s attorney general is suing to bring a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent charged in a Minneapolis shooting back to the state.
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is set to announce the lawsuit at 11:15 a.m, joined by Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty.
