HENDERSON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Organizations that support veterans and their families gathered Tuesday at the Veterans Healing Farm in Mills River to share ideas and information to strengthen services statewide.
More than 40 groups took part in the governor’s Working Group Collaboration Lab, a session focused on building a stronger network of support for veterans. The organizations work to help veterans access care, benefits and community support.
