Man charged in 2019 Arvin homicide had gang connections, was identified by witness: report

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A 30-year-old man arrested in connection to a deadly shooting that occurred in Arvin more than seven years ago was a gang associate who allegedly threatened witnesses to the killing, according to police.

Alex Corrales was arrested in July and pleaded not guilty to a charge of first-degree murder. He’s being held without bail.
