A mother and her two daughters were killed early Sunday morning in a head-on collision on Highway 99 in Kern County while traveling back home from a concert in Fresno.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened just before 12:45 a.m. on Highway 99 north of 7th Standard Road near Bakersfield.
