ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester police are again asking for the public’s help locating a 17-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a year.
Police said Angel Phillips was last seen leaving her foster home on McNaughton Street during the overnight hours of April 7, 2025.
