SUAMICO, Wis. (WFRV) – Brown County Parks just gained a new addition—a phone with no line connected.
Instead of making calls, Brown County Parks manager Nikki Hilker said it’s meant to connect people to those they miss.
“It enables a person to come out here and have that conversation and let the wind carry their words,” Hilker said.
