Now, Ellie B’s Ice Cream appears to be making moves in the brick-and-mortar world with its first ice cream shop. This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork filed by owner Amanda Lalonde for Ellie B’s Ice Cream and Sweets, which would open at 204 South Collins St, Suite B, in downtown Plant City…
