(FOX40.COM) — The man who died after being hit by a car while changing a tire on the side of the road on Highway 50 was identified, according to the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.
The California Highway Patrol said four men were changing a flat tire around 11:35 p.m. Sunday on the side of Highway 50 and 34th Street in Sacramento.
