HENDERSONVILLE – A new housing development is cleared to move ahead near the intersection U.S. 25 and I-26.
The Henderson County Board of Commissioners approved a conditional rezoning for the project, 102 townhouses on 12.5-acre of land off Exit 40, just south of Fletcher, at its Aug. 19 meeting.
