After more than two decades at its current North Sumner location, Brank’s BBQ & Catering is preparing to move across the street into a newly built restaurant of its own.
The longtime barbecue restaurant will relocate from 13701 24th St. E. to 2451 136th Ave. Ct. E. Co-owner Preston Brank told What Now Seattle that the family is targeting early October for the reopening, though an exact date has not been set.
The restaurant will maintain its normal service through September 5, then switch to takeout and catering from September 9 through September 19. The kitchen will then remain closed until the new location opens…
