New policy implemented for Flock camera use in Lucas County

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – The Lucas County Sheriff’s Office has implemented a new set of policies surrounding license plate readers in the wake of growing skepticism around Flock cameras throughout the country.

Sheriff Mike Navarre approved the policy on August 19, which lays out specific rules for the use of the surveillance system by his deputies and investigators.
