ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Reconstruction is complete on Newburg Road between Alpine Road and Mulford Road, city officials announced Thursday.
The $2.3 million project included resurfacing the road with asphalt, as well as adding bicycle lanes and additional sidewalks.
