ALBANY COUNTY — The Gateway Diner on Central Avenue was humming on Wednesday morning when the county executive arrived to announce free meals for selected seniors.
The program is dubbed GOLD, which stands for Go Out, Let’s Dine and is managed by the county’s Department for Aging.
