Cobb schools expect enrollment to drop, but Ragsdale says no need to panic

MARIETTA — While the Cobb County School District is projecting a decline in enrollment over the next decade, Superintendent Chris Ragsdale emphasized Thursday that the trend should not be viewed as a crisis.

“This is not a panic button moment,” Ragsdale told the school board during the district’s annual demographics study.
