A prolonged police chase through the San Fernando Valley came to a dramatic end on Friday morning when a wrong-way driver crashed head-on into an CHP cruiser on the 405 Freeway.
The pursuit was ongoing shortly after 10:30 a.m. as the driver of a black 2025 Honda Accord made their way along surface streets after exiting the 101 Freeway. At least four Los Angeles Police Department cruisers were following close behind.
Whether any passengers were in the car was unclear…
