CMS school board member pushes for transparency in Dr. Hill probe

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A member of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Board of Education says she will ask district leaders to release findings from an investigation into Superintendent Crystal Hill.

The school board placed Hill on leave in June for an investigation into her administrative and operational oversight. They have yet to provide any details on why.

On Friday, CMS board member Charlitta Hatch said she will make a motion at Tuesday night’s meeting to issue a public report on the investigation and its recommendation.
