NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A cold front will push into our area from the north, bringing a low severe threat for Saturday afternoon.
The Storm Prediction Center has issued a level 1 out of 5 marginal risk for severe thunderstorms for almost our entire area.
If a storm forms, it could produce damaging wind gusts over 60 mph.
The latest forecast models aren’t showing much activity, but it looks like the best chance for a few storms will be between 2 pm and 8 pm Saturday.
After the cold front moves out of here, our weather will get much more comfortable. The temperatures won’t be much cooler on Sunday and Monday, but we will see a big drop in humidity. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s with mostly sunny skies on Sunday and Monday…
