BROOK PARK, Ohio – A Wedgewood Drive resident called police at about 11 a.m. Aug. 9 and said her neighbor was trying to attack her with his dog.
The resident told police that at about 10 a.m. that day, the neighbor was standing outside his home yelling at her. He said, “You know (flipping) better.”
The resident’s cell-phone video showed the neighbor yelling at the resident while crossing the street toward her home. The resident told the man that her dog had the right to poop when necessary…
