PARMA, Ohio (WOIO) – The Parma Police Department is asking the public to help locate a missing 60-year-old man Saturday.
Police said 60-year-old Andrew Rasper was last seen in front of St. Josaphat Ukrainian Church, located at 5720 State Road, at 12:15 p.m.
The department adds that he was dropped off at the church by a friend from a group home in Seven Hills.
Rasper has no prior history of walking off alone or leaving the person he is with, according to police…
