ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Four people have been temporarily displaced following a house fire in the city of Albany on Saturday, according to the Albany Fire Department. The incident reportedly occurred on the 300 block of Clinton Avenue, between Henry Johnson Boulevard and Lexington Avenue.

Fire crews were dispatched to the scene just after 4:15 p.m. Upon arrival, officials said they found fire on the first floor of the house, with flames extending to the second floor back porch.
The fire was reportedly brought under control by about 4:40 p.m. There were no injuries to firefighters or civilians but one dog died as a result of the blaze, the fire department told NEWS10.
An investigation remains ongoing into the cause and origin of the fire, according to authorities…
