Horse dies by electrocution hours before Kentucky State Fair begins

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A horse is dead after an apparent electrocution just hours before the Kentucky State Fair opened.

The 5-year-old Saddlebred, named “Mister Spots,” was reportedly stabled in a temporary tent at the Kentucky Exposition Center.
