HALFMOON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Vincent M. Patrick, 41, of Troy Sunday on an arrest warrant issued by the Halfmoon Town Court charging him with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the 1st degree, a class C felony.
The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 2 at a credit union on Tower Way wherein Patrick allegedly possessed a forged U.S. Treasury check in the amount of $4,853.91 with the intent to defraud another.
He was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in the Halfmoon Town Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings in that court…
