BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A hearing for a former Kern County detentions lieutenant accused of driving drunk twice on the same day was postponed Monday to Sept. 15, according to court records.
On that day, it’s expected a preliminary hearing date will be scheduled for Patrick McNeill, who’s facing nine felony counts and a misdemeanor.
