SPOKANE, Wash. — The 7-Eleven at Second and Division has been officially declared a chronic nuisance property by the City of Spokane, marking the third time the convenience store has received such an order in recent years.
Spokane police documented 125 calls to the location over a two-month period between May and July. The calls included multiple overdoses and other criminal activity that prompted city officials to take action.
