SPOKANE, Wash. — A Spokane County man with 18 prior felony convictions was sentenced to nearly 10 years in prison today after pleading guilty to 6 crimes tied to a series of burglaries and thefts earlier this year, prosecuting attorney Preston McCollam announced.
The case centered on break-ins at two homes, one in Chattaroy and one in Spokane Valley, along with a former employer’s business on East Trent Avenue. Sean T. Ponder, 40, stole items including laptops, jewelry and a firearm from one of the homes.
