CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Charleston County could soon cover one of the biggest costs standing between a historic public housing complex and needed renovations.
The Charleston Housing Authority is planning to renovate Robert Mills Manor, a 217-unit property that has stood for 87 years. County leaders are considering a tax incentive that would cover the largest cost standing in the way of those renovations.
