Man speaks out after handcuffing at Kansas City stadium hearing

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Darrell Miller says he was handcuffed and removed from a Kansas City Council meeting for speaking up about the Royals stadium deal. On Monday, civil rights leaders and family stood beside him at City Hall demanding answers, and the city responded the same day.

Security officers pinned Miller to the ground and handcuffed him last week during a hearing on the $600 million Royals stadium deal.
