Representative Urges Respect and Patience as Hayden Panettieres Death Investigation Continues

Additional Coverage:

Hayden Panettiere’s representative has issued a heartfelt statement urging the public to refrain from spreading rumors following the actress’s untimely death at 36.

In a message shared with US Weekly, the representative emphasized that many individuals who did not know Panettiere personally are fueling unfounded gossip about circumstances they barely understand. “This behavior is deeply disrespectful to Hayden’s memory and to those who loved her and are mourning her loss,” the statement read.

The representative also encouraged anyone with credible information to contact law enforcement directly, rather than engaging in public speculation on social media. “There is much more to this story than what has been made public. Those closest to Hayden are cooperating fully with the ongoing investigation to ensure the truth is uncovered and justice is served,” the statement added.

Panettiere passed away on August 16 after authorities responded to a 911 call reporting a cardiac arrest. Despite efforts by first responders, she could not be revived. An autopsy revealed no signs of trauma, but the precise cause of death has not yet been disclosed.

It has also come to light that Brian Hickerson, Panettiere’s on-again, off-again boyfriend, was present when she was found. Hickerson’s attorney released a statement acknowledging the investigation remains open and confirmed that police have found no evidence of foul play. “Out of respect for Hayden’s family and the ongoing inquiry, no further comments will be made at this time,” the statement concluded.
