Off-road motorcycle racing is coming to Buffalo Springs Lake August 29th and 30th as the WTXRC Extreme Racing Circuit brings the Buffalo Springs Lake Grand Prix to Lubbock.
West Texas Racing Comes to Buffalo Springs Lake
According to event organizers RC410 and the WTXRC Racing Family, racing will take place on the west end of Buffalo Springs Lake.
The start, scoring and racer sign-up area will be located just past the bridges near Campground B.
The Buffalo Springs Lake Grand Prix is one stop on the organization’s 2026 racing schedule, which has included events at Outback Adventure Park, Lake Mackenzie, Lake Greenbelt and Beast Mode MX. Upcoming races are also scheduled for Elk City, Spur Ranch and Amarillo.
