LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Joel Thompson, director of facilities with Frenship ISD, says new renovations are about the district investing in the learning environment.
This newest round of investment began in 2024, when voters passed a $189.5 million bond, with 28% of that amount going into renovations to existing campuses in Frenship ISD.
